With over 45 years' experience as a Realtor, Kathryn has been helping customers buy and sell homes since 1973. Her career-long approach was founded on the basic principle of honesty and integrity, always putting her buyers' and sellers' interests first and working tirelessly to provide an excellent customer experience. A resident of Holmes Beach for nearly two decades, Kathryn takes pleasure in revealing the island's many treasures to those who are relocating to the area. Born and educated in Taiwan, Kathryn came to the United States as a young bride in the 1960s. Her supportive husband and family fueled her thirst for adventure and she successfully adapted to her new home in Chicago. Following the birth of her daughter, she entered the American work force, starting out in the fashion industry as a freelance model. Her career extended into runway presentations, print ads, convention activity and television commercials. Concurrently, she worked as a fitness instructor where she maintained her dedication to health and wellness. After 18 years in fashion, Kathy joined the team at Northwest Airlines as a Quality Service Agent at Chicago's O'Hare Airport. She provided assistance to customer service agents and managers in every aspect of airport service and security. She continues to travel world-wide thanks to her affiliation with NW Airlines, now merged with Delta Airlines. Following her retirement from NW Airlines in 2006, she resumed her career in real estate in Prospect Heights, IL, where she continued in a successful real estate partnership with her husband for over five decades. Kathryn and her husband of 56 years now reside full time in Holmes Beach, FL. She remains very active in various community activities and organizations.
